M3 Returns to Miami Beach
March 22-26, 2006

Partnerships with WIRED, Remix Hotel and Giant Step
Bring Unity and Focus to Annual Gathering

New York/Miami Beach, November 29, 2005 - Tickets are now on sale for M3: Miami Music & Multimedia (http://www.m3summit.com/), which returns to Miami Beach March 22-26, 2006. Now in its third year, M3 -- the only gathering in the United States to merge modern music, technology, fashion and art -- will once again present a diverse mix of cutting edge music and art combined with high-level business exchanges.

The M3 program will feature nightly live concerts presented on the beach behind the Doubletree Surfcomber Hotel (1717 Collins Ave.), as well as panels and keynotes featuring some of the most forward-thinking leaders in the fields of entertainment, technology and marketing. M3 will also present a variety of DJ showcases and cocktail parties around Miami Beach, many in conjunction with key nightlife promoters, media partners and lifestyle brands.

Several strategic partnerships will further sharpen M3's focus in 2006. WIRED magazine, M3's premiere media partner in 2005, will increase its involvement with M3 this year by co-presenting the M3 Summit, where new trends and emerging technologies are presented, discussed and debated. This enhanced partnership will bring WIRED's provocative entertainment coverage to life.

"WIRED is focused on how technology is changing the world, and there's no better example than the transformation of the entertainment industries," says Chris Anderson, WIRED editor-in-chief. "We're constantly exploring new entertainment trends and technologies in our pages, and we welcome the opportunity to bring these ideas to a live audience at M3."

A partnership between M3 and Remix Hotel will also take place in 2006. Remix Hotel will return to South Beach, and will be held on the same block as M3's home base at the Surfcomber. Both companies will work together to create a dynamic, interactive environment in which all attendees can relax and experience 4 full days of music and art while also checking out all of the music-related equipment coming to market in 2006. "We are excited to return to South Beach this year, and to work in conjunction with M3 to reach the widest possible audience," says Joanne Zola, Associate Publisher of Remix magazine. "M3's interest in presenting cutting-edge new music combined with Remix Hotel's dedication to the technology and equipment used to create this music make for a perfect match."

In addition, M3 is proud to host Giant Step's annual Miami Beach event - which is always a highlight of the week - as the kick-off event for M3 2006. "I am delighted to be working with the M3 crew in Miami this year," says Giant Step founder and CEO Maurice Bernstein. "Giant Step has always believed in being a leading light when it comes to innovation and music, and M3 shares this ethos."

In 2004 M3 began producing its own events, which have received critical acclaim in a wide variety of news outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, NPR, the New York Times, the Miami Herald and dozens of others.
